Write a gratitude list

When you immerse yourself in gratitude, you connect yourself with the energy of love. Fear and anxiety fade away when you focus on all the things for which you are grateful. Get into the habit of creating a daily gratitude list. Write it in your journal, or make a mental list. When you give thanks for your blessings, make sure to include the small things: a glowing sunset, the smell of the ocean, the colors of the flowers in your yard, the way your pet greets you in the morning. And don’t forget to give thanks for the challenges you may be facing—they teach us important lessons, and help us grow. An ‘attitude of gratitude’ creates a vibration that attracts abundance—the more we give thanks, the more we receive.
